Compumedics is currently searching for a Key Account Manager – HST, based in Midwest USA (preferably Illinois or Michigan) to join the National Sales Team.

Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for a Key Account Manager in the HST area to drive exceptional growth in sales of Compumedics HST services and products. This role involves leadership and accelerates commercial activation of our HST business. You will report directly to Craig Gallivan, National VP of Sales. Day-to-day support and guidance will come from the USA-based management team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead from the front, providing HST solutions to major USA partners and customers across all relevant market areas. With over 30,000 Compumedics systems in place globally and a new suite of unparalleled end-to-end customer connected health (SaaS) solutions, you will join our team at an exciting expansion phase as we shift our focus to HST digital eHealth (SaaS) based businesses.

This is a hunting role that will require intense territory development. Please note that this is NOT a work-from-home position. Extensive travel by car and flight will be required.

Compensation:

Total targeted compensation: $105k base salary (non-negotiable) and $110k commission per year – Car Allowance is $800/month.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital eHealth (SaaS) strategic commercial activation:

  • Develop and grow HST revenues to meet assigned targets, strategies, plans, and KPIs, ensuring quota deadlines are met.
  • Establish key strategic partners and accounts, from identification to deal completion and post-deal customer support, aiming to create efficient centers of excellence.
  • Liaise with field teams to maintain positive and growing relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, business and government organizations, and other medical community referral sources.
  • Engage with the leadership team to develop the infrastructure for HST SaaS growth opportunities and deep engagement with our programs and solutions.
  • Meet with key and strategic potential HST SaaS clients, develop and maintain relationships, negotiate, and close major medical SaaS deals.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key HST SaaS clients in coordination with leadership and field teams.
  • Help define and establish new methods and procedures to sell Compumedics HST SaaS products and services.
  • Develop new HST SaaS business relationships, manage existing accounts, and generate new HST SaaS sales leads.
  • Assist with HST SaaS account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Review HST SaaS market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, discount rates, and facilitate successful strategic and key account deals.
  • Maintain Company CRM regularly and accurately as required.
  • Participate in sales orientation and training programs.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot sales, customer, and CRM issues; escalate as needed.
  • Assist in planning and execution of sales exhibits and trade shows.
  • Stay informed on competitive offerings, new products, services, and general information of interest.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of field sales experience, preferably in HST digital eHealth or connected health sectors, with a strong sleep background.
  • Experience in complex sales and emerging markets, with a focus on disruptive models and dynamic commercial activation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Team player with an energetic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative to make things happen.
  • Above average presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Results-driven persona.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Travel Requirements: Travel up to 60%
This position requires at least 60% travel, including outside the local area, overnight, and potentially extended periods. Extensive travel by car and flight will be required.

  • Required to have a dependable vehicle.
  • Required to have a credit card to hold 30 days of Expenses.
